How to Join

Can anyone become a member?

Application for membership is welcomed from women who hold foreign passports or who are the wives of men holding foreign passports. Please bring your passport, or a copy of the photo page, along to the opening meeting, or Nunyo, if you are joining for the first time. If you are applying online, could you please send a scan of the photo page in your passport to our membership secretary at membership@iwi-tr.org.

What is the membership fee?

Membership year is from September to June and the membership fee for 2010-2011 is 90 TL. 

How to Renew?

If you are renewing from the 2009 - 10 membership year, please send an e-mail to Particia at membership@iwi-tr.org with your name and e-mail address. Transfer 90 TL to our Garanti bank account (details below) and log on to the web site to check your profile. If you are doing this for the first time, your username is your e-mail address and the password is the one you recorded when joining online.

How to Join for the first time?

• Register on-line or just come and pay either at Nunyo, European side, or at Food & Co., Asian side.

• Register on-line or just come and pay cash at our regular coffee and lunch get together at Nunyo in Alkent Sitesi between 12 and 2 on a Thursday. (Starting on September 30th, 2010)

Nunyo is situated in Alkent Sitesi, a large and well-known compound in Etiler.  If you are lost but in the area in a taxi or on foot you can also ask for Hillside Etiler as there is a well-known gym there as well but ask the taxi to stop at the main entrance to the compound.  Once you are at the main entrance to the compound, there will be a security booth checking cars, from there you head to the left and you will see Nunyo.  Once you are at Alkent ask for directions as people will be able to help.

• Register on-line or just come and pay cash at the coffee/lunch on the Asian side at Food & Co. Restaurant at 11.00 am every first Tuesday of the month (starting on September 7th, 2010). Food & Co. is situated on Bağdat Caddesi No 350, Erenköy at the corner of Nihat Kızıltan Sokak. As you walk down from Marks & Spencer, 400 m on the left side of Bağdat Street. • Register on-line and pay at the IWI office

• The IWI office is open every Wednesday from 10.30 - 1.00pm. The address is Adnan Saygun Cad., Camlitepe Sitesi No. 74, Blok C1/D:2, Ulus. It is easy to find as Camlitepe Sitesi is just opposite the entrance of Ulus Park.

We regret that the IWI cannot accept credit card payments.
Please note that the deadline for inclusion in the IWI Directory is November 1st of each year.
Before going any further with the application form, please read IWI Policies first. At the end of the application form, you will be asked to accept it.
